What are your jewellery made of?

Our jewellery are assembled from only materials that were carefully sourced, selected and tested by the designers. We use only premium Japanese seed beads, natural gemstones and surgical grade stainless steel.

How do I measure my ring size?

Please refer to our RING SIZE GUIDE for the chart and directions on how to measure your ring size.

My jewellery does not fit me. What do I do?

Please understand that we are a small business. We ensure that before we ship your item(s), sizes are checked multiple times. Exchanges are welcomed within 14 days only for necklaces and bracelets, and please do not hesitate to reach out via email at house@beckynrosie.com. Please reference our full returns policy. Thank you!

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, we accept exchanges within 14 days of your order's delivery for bracelets and necklaces. The item must be in unworn condition. Please reference our size chart to minimise any excessive freight and cost and take a moment to look over our return policy page.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Please avoid contact with any chemicals such as chlorine, detergents, and alcohol.

Gemstones should also avoid the contact with water for long periods (in the shower) as they will naturally deteriorate and not have their shine or become fragile.

What type of payment do you accept?

Credit card and debit cards payments are available.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we do ship internationally using registered tracked shipping (7-14/21 business days depending on which part of the world you’re at). Due to Covid-19, delivery may take longer according to the shipping company.

How much does shipping cost?

Singapore tracked shipping cost SGD$5 and International tracked shipping cost SGD$20.

Shipment and taxes?

The customer is responsible for any sales taxes incurred at their local customs

Please note that customers take full liability for all shipment costs and any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.

How long does it take to ship?

Please allow your jewellery and/or print order(s) to be shipped out to you within 10 business days from receiving order confirmation.

Singapore tracked shipping - 2 to 4/7 business days,
International tracked shipping - 7 to 14/21 business days
from the date of shipping. All customers will receive an email regarding order shipment & its tracking number.
